Background
Dr. Estefania Magallanes, D.C. was born in Zacatecas, Mexico and raised in Granbury, Texas. She graduated in 2019 from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science. Webster Technique Certified.
Discovering a Natural Choice
Dr. Magallanes discovered chiropractic through her own experience when she sought a second opinion after being told to get back surgery at 16 years old. However, it wasn’t until she started her pre-med studies that she became disillusioned with the typical approach to modern healthcare, so she sought alternative ways to make a difference in people’s lives.
In 2023, Dr. Magallanes graduated from Parker University with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She is passionate about helping patients live their lives fully and giving them back their quality of life to do the things they love.

When she’s not helping patients in our Farrar Family Chiropractic Plano clinic, Dr. Magallanes enjoys spending time eating with her friends and family. You can catch her spending time outdoors with her dog, Laika, bouldering, or enjoying music festivals.
