Philanthropy and Community Outreach
Giving back is important in our practice. We aim to make a difference in every life that we touch. Dr. Farrar has been giving back to his community since he opened his first Farrar Family Chiropractic location in 2011. To date, we have donated over $70,000 to local charities, including supporting families and pets in need.
Dr. Farrar and his wife Holly chose the Plano and McKinney communities to raise their family and build our practice because it’s a wonderful place to live, with great schools, many business opportunities and low crime rates. We are committed to giving back to the community we love in many different ways—and many of our patients enjoy helping out with our various food and clothing drives.
Supporting Animal Rescues
Dr. Farrar and Holly have always adopted from rescue organizations, currently have two rescue dogs, and sometimes foster in their personal time. We have donated to many local animal rescue groups over the years, including 2nd Chance SPCA and Rachael’s Rescues.
Supporting Families in Need
We also support Minnie’s Food Pantry and Love Pacs with yearly food drives and sponsor yearly clothing and school drives, which our caring patients eagerly participate in.
Education Is Empowering
Our passionate Farrar Family Chiropractic representatives work throughout our community on a continual basis to help educate people all over north DFW about the importance of natural health care, such as chiropractic. We go to corporate health fairs, community events, local sports games and more to help people understand healthcare alternatives and support our local businesses and athletic teams.
Accessible Health Care
We believe everyone should have access to affordable, quality chiropractic care. One way we give back to our community is by offering a $20 new patient special, which includes a thorough consultation, in-depth examination and X-rays.
We are also in-network with most major insurance plans, including Medicare, and we offer in-house financing to help families get the care they need when they need it.
